Indian Home Fries

I cut up three small potatoes into small pieces.  Put them into a vessel on a stove top.  Added a tablespoon and a half of cooking oil, Added a tablespoon of tumeric powder.  About a teaspoon of chilli powder.  I added a little bit of salt and cut some yellow pepper and onions and added it to the mix.  A splash of red wine vinegar for good measure.

Set the stove on medium and stirred the mix in the vessel frequently until the potatoes turned brown.  Check a few small pieces to see if they are soft and taste a few to see if they are not crunchy.  Then it is time to shut off the stove, leave it for a short while before digging in :-) 

It took less than 30 minutes to get this ready to eat.
